 Hello, welcome to Optimal Chiropractic. I’m Doctor Andrew, and this is Doctor Barney. If you’re watching this video right now, you’ve signed up for our new patient special, or you’ve been referred into our office, but you’re looking to try chiropractic care. Now, in our office, it is our mission to help as many people as possible with natural chiropractic care and non surgical spinal decompression treatment in the FM area.

Now, where is our office located? We are on 32nd Avenue South and 4th Street East in West Fargo, just west of Veterans Boulevard. If you know where Prairie Heights Church is, we are that large two story brick building right next door. And the great thing about our office is we have convenient, flexible hours that work for almost everyone.

When you come in for that first visit, you’re going to be greeted by our rockstar staff right here at this front desk with a big smile. You’ll also be receiving, if you haven’t already yet, a new patient link to fill out paperwork ahead of time if you’d like. If that doesn’t work for you, we can do the paperwork right here as well, too.

Now, when you come in for that first visit, we’re going to ask you for an insurance that you might have just so we can help verify those benefits ahead of time. If you don’t have insurance, no problem. We have great cash funds that work for hundreds of our patients. Now, if you’ve been into a car accident, you are covered 100%.

If you’ve had a work injury, you’re covered 100 percent in North Dakota and Minnesota, but those frequencies might vary between the states. And we’re also in network with Medicare and Medicaid if you are one of those patients that qualify for it. Now in our office, we see a lot of cases of back pain, neck pain, low back pain, sciatica, numbness, tingling, referral pain, disc issues, car accident cases, and many more named conditions.

In fact, if you can name it. We’ve probably seen it and we’ve helped thousands of patients in the area and we can help you too. 📍 Now, on your first day appointments, you will either be with myself or Doctor Andrew for an examination, a consultation, and a history. And if we find necessary to do we will take x rays on the first day with our state of the art digital x ray machine.

And also if we take them on that first day, we do go over them with you right in that moment on that day one. If everything seems comfortable, based on the information that we found, we will actually do a little bit of work on your spine that very first day. Now, when you come to our office, we want you to relax.

We’re not like some stuffy medical offices that you’ve probably been to in the past. We make you feel like home here and part of the family. And as soon as you walk in, you’re going to feel that right away as well, too. Now, we also want you to know, if you’re looking to come in and Get out and just a quick adjustment.

We might not be the best fit for you. Most of the time, we are trying to find out what the underlying conditioning is of your spine, and then create a treatment plan customized to you to get you feeling well,
